XEM8320-AU25P board equipped with Xilinx FPGA
The XEM8320, equipped with Artix Ultrascale+ FPGA, is useful for development/testing purposes and mass production. Available from Tanino Denno.
The Opal Kelly XEM8320 is a general-purpose board equipped with the AMD (Xilinx) Artix UltraScale+ XCAU25P (with GTY transceivers) and features a USB 3.0 device (5 Gbps) interface. It incorporates 1 GiByte DDR4 DRAM, an oscillator, Flash ROM, a high-efficiency power circuit, SFP+ module connectors, and SYZYGY expansion within a board size of 170mm x 97mm. In addition to four SYZYGY Standard expansions, there are two SYZYGY Transceiver (TXR4) expansions that can utilize four GTY transceivers, accommodating a wide range of applications. Opal Kelly's powerful FrontPanel SDK supports high-speed communication with PCs, providing an environment that allows developers to focus on FPGA development. SYZYGY expansions such as SZG-ADC-LTC2264/2268, SZG-DAC-AD9116, SZG-MIPI-8320, SZG-ENET1G, SZG-PCIEX4, SZG-QSFP, SZG-PMOD4/SENSOR/MNTKIT/CAMERA, and others have been released.
